• Nurturing God’s Way Parenting Program for Christian Families®: initially an adaptation of the Nurturing Parenting® Program. NR developed and produced curriculum incorporating competency-based assessments for each lesson. • Basic Home Visitation Skills™: NR developed and produced 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-day professional and/or paraprofessional training curriculum to help prepare home visitors, social workers, parent mentors, home health care workers, etc. to keep themselves and the clients they serve safe while in the individual’s/family’s home or home-setting. Basic training materials can be presented within a 16-hour timeframe. Extended training for 3 or 4 days includes child abuse and neglect awareness training with practical application of personal impact when a child discloses abuse or maltreatment. Adding a 5th day to the training curriculum includes domestic violence awareness and practical tools to de-escalate potential violent conversations and scenarios.
